Chien-Yu (Richard) Chen is the Senior Manager / Strategy & Business Development with CSRone. In the last five years with CSRone, he had worked with various multinational and local organization in Taiwan. His clients include Mercedes-Benz Taiwan, LINE Taiwan, EPSON, Formosa Plastics Group and Financial industry etc.,

Chien-Yu (Richard) Chen specialize for advisory on sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement and social impact assessment. He has extensive experience facilitating cross-sector communication as a trainer and facilitator. He has led numerous business engagement event such as conferences and roundtables. He also invited to several educational institutions as guest lecturer to conduct lectures for CSR and related symposiums.

Prior to joining CSRone, Chien-Yu (Richard) spent was working in London, which includes marketing, project management and senior credit officer in banking industry.

Chien-Yu (Richard) holds a BA in Economics from Fu-jen University, Taiwan, and MSc Management and Organization Innovation from Queen Mary University of London, UK
