Paul is the Senior Independent Non Executive Director of an industrial chemical and an IT Services companies listed in the Malaysian Stock Exchange. He has served on numerous Boards’ Committees of Public Listed and Privately-Owned Companies, Regulatory Committees and not-for-profit Professional entities.

Paul is the Global IIRC Ambassador of International Integrated Reporting Council; he Chairs the ASEAN Integrated Reporting Committee to advocate for the strategic practices of integrated value creation thinking in effective utilization of multi-capital resources for sustainable growth of enterprises. Integrated Reporting is the trending corporate reporting framework that is encoded in the Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance (MCCG 2017).

Paul is the President/Co-Founder of MACD, a not-for-profit, independent, membership entity, Vice President I of the Federation of Public Listed Companies (FPLC) and an Executive Member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI). He has delivered numerous presentations in forums, seminars, workshops and conferences locally and internationally. Paul is the President of Business Transitions Asia, a strategic business advisory firm.

A Chartered Accountant, a Fellow Member of, respectively, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (FCIS, UK) and CPA Australia (FCPA), he is also an NACD Governance Fellow and NACD Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, USA, and a Life-Member of Ascend Pinnacle Asian Corporate Directors, USA.
