Nareerat Santhayati is a deputy vice president, Sustainable Development Department, The Stock Exchange of Thailand, and a key member of its sustainability think-tank team. She is taking the lead in promoting sustainability disclosure to enhance corporate transparency and sustainability management among Thai listed companies. She is on SET’s sustainability reporting standard-setting team and provides management consultancy for sustainability reporters.

Nareerat is a member of the Sustainability Working Group of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) and the UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges (SSE) initiative Advisory Group. As such, she engages with peers from other exchanges and capital market authorities in developing the quality of sustainability disclosure and advancing sustainable finance around the globe.

She recently earned her second master’s degree, this time in sustainability management, from Columbia University, New York City. She also received certificates of completion of the Integrated Reporting (Practitioner level) and GRI Standards training programs from the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), respectively. She lives in Bangkok, Thailand.
