Miss. Bharti Bhambwani is a Deputy Manager in the Listing Business Division of BSE. Working with an interdisciplinary team, she spearheads various initiatives in the Sustainability Space with special focus on ESG factors streaming across Non-Financial Disclosures. She joined BSE in 2014, with her specificities being a lucrative blend of the Listing function across Equity and Debt space. She has been a key contributor to the development and launch of BSE’s Corporate Governance Scorecard along with pioneering establishment of products and platforms for listed corporates.

She started her career as Content Curator and Strategy Consultant for Corporate Governance and Risk Management domain at Intuit Consulting Private Limited, founded and chaired by Mr. G.N. Bajpai, former Chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India.

She is a meritorious alumnus of MET University, Mumbai with Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Finance. She also holds a Master’s in Commerce and Economics from Mumbai University. She is an Indian National fluent with Hindi, English, few Indian regional languages and preliminary French.
