Gwen Migita drives environmental and social responsibility strategy and stakeholder initiatives for Caesars Entertainment. She also oversees governance, philanthropy policies, and community engagement strategy for the organization’s 70,000 team members at over 40 domestic and international resorts.
Gwen was previously the Chief of Staff to Caesars Executive Vice President (EVP) of Communications and Government Relations and market research manager. She also served as EVP of QMark Research & Polling where she drove expansion to the West Pacific and southwest United States.
Gwen is a Corporate Advisory Board member for the World Resources Institute and Sustainable Brands. She and her wife Cuc Vu are also mentoring their budding social impact advocates: Max (3) and Ava (1).
