Pat Dwyer is founder and director of The Purpose Business (TPB), a network of sustainability advisors committed to making Asian businesses a force for good. Pat has taken TPB to the forefront of  sustainability practice with an innovative yet practical approach. In just two years, TPB has grown to 23 advisors across Asia Pacific  and has worked with some of Hong Kong and The Philippines’ most iconic brands on sustainability strategy and programmes. Clients include Cathay Pacific, MTR Corporation, Hong Kong Shanghai Hotels,  Swire Properties, WWF Hong Kong  and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Pat was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2015 and speaks frequently on topics such as  sustainability, leadership, smart cities, the Sustainable Development Goals, ethics and more. Previously,  Pat served as Global head of Sustainability for Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and was the first CSR Manager at Ayala Land, Inc. Philippines.
