Sylviane Carot, Vice President, Equity Index Sales for South East Asia, joined MSCI in 2010. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for promoting MSCI Indexes to institutional investors and investment managers in the region.

Sylviane relocated to Singapore from Paris, in May 2015, where she managed key strategic accounts in France and Switzerland. She was Index Team leader for France managing the Sales team since 2014.

She has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining MSCI, she worked for SIX Financial Information, Interactive Data (now ICE), BNP Paribas and CDC Ixis Capital Market.

Sylviane has a Master’s degree in Finance from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris. She is also the author of Risk Country analysis articles in BNP Paribas and CDC IXIS Capital Market economic review.
