Yvonne holds the position of Director (Corporate Development) / CFO at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.  In concurrent, she is also the Quality Service Manager (QSM) and Chief Data Officer (CDO) ensuring that the agency delivers consistently high quality services to its stakeholder and plays the liaison role in cross agency data sharing.  Prior to MPA, she held several positions in the private sector across Asia Pacific and joined the public sector in 2008.

She completed her UCLA-NUS EMBA under the MPA post graduate /MOT Beacon scholarship and a CA with Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA).  In additional, she is an fCPA with the CPA Australia, fCMA with Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, UK and member of Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Being a strong advocate for corporate governance, process re-engineering, automation, analytics, Sustainability and Integrated Reporting, Yvonne serves as Vice President on the Council of ISCA and is the Chairperson for the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Committee at ISCA and Honorary Treasurer of Cerebral Palsy Alliance of Singapore (CPAS).  She is also a member on the Public Sector and CFO Committees at CPA Australia.

She was previously a member of the Advisory Committee of the Accounting Standards for Statutory Boards (ASSB) from 2012-2016 and member of the Medifund Committeee at Lions Home of the Elders from 2013-2017.
