Mr. Bhushan Mokashi has more than two decades of experience in the capital market. He is graduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Mr. Bhushan joined BSE in the year 1989 and worked in the various functions of the Exchange including Investors Services, Corporate Relationship, and Arbitrations etc. Currently, he is In-charge of Listing Sales and Listing Operations. He is involved in numerous initiatives including development electronic book building platforms for new issuances/ initial public issues, reverse book building, debt offerings etc.

He has been closely associated with BSE’s leadership in promotion of substantial reporting by corporates listed at BSE like GRI reporting, IR Labs and Corporate Governance Score Card etc.
