Asia Sustainability Reporting Summit 2017: More than 50 top experts to address Asia’s first sustainability reporting summit

Singapore, 14 September: More than 50 top sustainability speakers will discuss the latest reporting trends, the future of reporting, common challenges, solutions and success stories at the inaugural regional conference on sustainability reporting to be held in Singapore on 19-20 September 2017.

Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) Chairman Christy Wood will deliver the opening address. The Stock Exchange of Thailand President Kesara Manchusree will give the inaugural address to kick off the Summit which creates the region’s first collaborative platform for the sustainability reporting community. The opening plenary session will include keynote addresses by StarHub CEO Tan Tong Hai and Tata Consultancy Services’ Asia Pacific President Girish Ramachandran.

Keynote speakers for plenary sessions over two days include GRI’s South Asia Director Aditi Haldar, Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship Gwen Migita and Mahindra Sanyo’s Managing Director Uday Gupta and Sweden’s Ambassador to Singapore H.E. Håkan Jevrell.

Other notable speakers include leaders from IIRC, Hang Lung Properties, DBS, CDL, CLP Power, Suntory, John Swire and Sons, Airport Authority Hong Kong, PT Pertamina, Eco-business, MSCI, SGX and Bombay Stock Exchange among others.
