As an ESG Product Specialist at S&P Global Ratings, Erik manages products that help companies to communicate financially material ESG information and unlock access to sustainable finance instruments, such as green bonds and ESG-linked transactions. He is also active in engaging market participants to raise the awareness on the importance of identifying and managing business risks related to ESG. He has been invited to speak at various events in APAC, including Singapore, Shanghai, Seoul, and Manila.

Prior to this role, Erik led business development activities in APAC for Trucost, the ESG analytics division of S&P Global. Before S&P Global, Erik honed his expertise at EY Climate Change & Sustainability Services in Singapore.

Erik is trained in ISO14064 GHG Accounting & Verification and he has advised corporates and government agencies on sustainability strategies and audited sustainability disclosures for regulatory & investors purposes.
