Ms. Nguyen ThanhHoais Group Head of Sustainable Development, Brand and Communications Division of Baoviet Holdings, a leading financial and insurance institution in Vietnam.

Hoahas more than 7 years of experiences in Sustainable Development reporting and has received GRI Certified Training Program certificate. Based on her experience and strategic thinking, Hoahas made great contribution to deliver Baoviet’s commitment for sustainable development  in the Group operation, activities and Sustainable Development reporting.

As a member of Baoviet’s Dedicated Working Team on Sustainable Development, Hoahas been in charge of the strategy implementation, particularly taking the leading role in aligning Baoviet’s sustainability report with the best international reporting standards (GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards). She also took key initiatives in incorporating the sustainable criteria in supplier valuation; adopting principles of responsible investment in Baoviet’s investment activities; and standardizing code of conduct with a view to build sustainable value chain that will generate remarkable influences on Baoviet and its stakeholders.
