Lim Adriaenssens is a Senior ESG Benchmarking Specialist at SAM, now part of S&P Global.

Lim first started in the ESG Ratings department in 2018 where he assessed companies as part of the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). Later he joined the ESG Benchmarking department where he helps companies to better understand their ESG performance. Before working for S&P, Lim worked for Futureproofed (2014-2017), a strategy consultancy that supports companies transition to a sustainable and low-carbon business model. He also holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and has an additional Management degree in innovation and entrepreneurship from the Antwerp Management School (Belgium). He is also a driving force of the GreenBuzz network Zurich chapter, a ngo that drives sustainability leadership in organizations.
