Terms and Conditions for Training Programmes

Terms and Conditions for Training Programmes

1. Introduction

Welcome to CSRWorks International, your leading provider of professional development and training solutions. The terms and conditions outlined below govern your participation in our training programmes, whether delivered virtually, in-person, or through e-learning platforms.

By enrolling in any of our training courses, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from registering for our training programmes.

2. Programme Registration and Fees

  • a) Descriptions of our training programmes and associated fees are available on our registration form and/or training brochures.
  • b) Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. Registration will be confirmed only upon receiving the payment in full.
  • c) CSRWorks International reserves the right to alter programme fees and schedules without prior notice.

3. Minimum Participant Requirement

Our courses are designed to provide an interactive and enriching learning experience, requiring a minimum of 10 registrations per batch for the course to be conducted. If this minimum is not met, CSRWorks International reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course, offering registered participants the choice of a full refund or transfer to a new date.

4. Minimum Attendance Requirements

Participants are required to attend at least 80% of scheduled course sessions, unless a specific course states otherwise. This is essential for participants to fully benefit from the course, engage with peers and instructors, and achieve learning objectives. Not meeting this requirement may lead to ineligibility for a completion certificate and affect progression in the programme. Participants facing difficulties in meeting this attendance level due to exceptional circumstances should contact course administration early for possible adjustments. Adhering to this policy ensures a productive and enriching learning experience for all.

5. Virtual Training Session Requirement

During virtual training sessions, participants must keep their web cameras on, ensuring a more interactive and engaging learning environment. This requirement facilitates better communication and engagement among participants and with the trainer, closely mirroring the dynamics of in-person sessions. Turning off the camera is permitted only with the trainer’s explicit permission for certain instances or circumstances. This camera policy supports an effective virtual learning environment, mirroring in-person session dynamics.

6. Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

  • a) Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled course start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 15 days before the scheduled start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date will not be eligible for any refund.
  • b) Transfers to another session of the same programme are allowed up to 30 days before the course start date, subject to availability.
  • c) CSRWorks International may cancel or reschedule a programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

7. Right to Decline Registration

CSRWorks International reserves the right to decline registrations at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, circumstances where CSRWorks International determines that a potential participant may not meet the programme prerequisites, could disrupt the programme’s learning environment, or in cases where the programme has reached full capacity.
