Personal Assistant


Personal Assistant to Managing Director. As a personal assistant, you will be expected to handle all administrative and logistical matters relating to the Managing Director’s schedule.


Screening phone calls and dealing with incoming email, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments

Office administration, HR and accounting support

Carrying out background research, presenting findings, managing and reviewing office systems, including data management and filing

Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the managing director is well prepared for meetings

Arranging travel, and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the managing director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree or diploma in business administration or equivalent

3-5 years experience as personal assistant / personal secretary to a senior executive in a small office environment

Efficient and resourceful

Positive, self-motivated and proactive

Organised and diligent 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

High level of IT literacy including advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and preferably in photoshop and CRM
