Camilla Fenning, Head of the Climate and Energy Network for South East Asia, British High Commission Singapore
Camilla Fenning is a member of the British Diplomatic Service, currently heading the South East Asia Climate and Energy Network. Camilla arrived in Singapore in October 2016 and works throughout South East Asia on behalf of the British government to encourage and support work within governments, business and other organisations to make the transition to a low carbon economy, particularly in the light of obligations to the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. Prior to this posting, Camilla worked in a strategic, project based role at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London, and earlier as a Programme Director at Wilton Park, the FCO’s global forum for strategic discussion, where she focused on a range of development, climate and energy issues. Camilla has a BA in History from Bristol University and a Masters from New York University. She has lived in Tokyo and New York, as well as London and Singapore.
